Wire line Units |

We supply standard and custom designed hydraulic Wire Line Units used in the drilling and production of petroleum resources. As per oil field practice Wire line units utilize the same hydraulic circuitry and are packed in two sections. One section contains the wire line reel and controls; the second section houses the power unit consisting diesel engine, hydraulic pump and tanks etc. Two hoses with quick release couplings connect the two sections. The wire line units are also available in a self-contained, heliportable version having reel and power section mounted on the common skid. |

The water blaster unit is specially designed to provide an efficient and versatile method of cleaning the rigs and heavy equipment by converting ordinary water into high-pressure jet. The unit consists of triplex reciprocating plunger type pump driven by an explosion proof electric motor, to pressurize water, and accumulator to prevent pressure surge, auto electric pressure switch to adjust the water at desired pressure (1500 PSI max.) a rectangular reservoir for storage of the atmospheric water supply for the pressure pumps, relief valve, shut off valves, strainer, filter and pressure gauge all manifolded and mounted on a oil field type skid. The unit is provided with hand control pressure gun with 50 ft pressure hose. |
